Return & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You may initiate a return up to 30 days after receiving your item.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@hobbiesco.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's Policies

At Hobbies & Co, we follow the return policies set by each of our vendors. Return conditions, such as restocking fees and shipping costs, vary by brand.

Return and Exchange Instructions

To initiate a return, please use our Contact Form and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item Number for the product you want to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are not eligible for return are:

  • Custom Products
  • Gift Cards

Late or Missing Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please first check with your bank. If you still haven't received it, contact our support team at support@hobbiesco.com.

Order Cancellation and Modification Request:

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once your order has shipped, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. You may still return the item for a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and some manufacturers may charge restocking fees. Additionally, all credit card refunds will incur a 3% transaction fee.
